I mean there have been a lot of major breakthroughs in the last five to ten years and in a way the field has moved towards like broadly administering chemotherapy drugs to a much more targeted approach where now we target molecular profiles, genetic mutations of leukemic cells and have much more precise treatments. And the other things are immunotherapies such as CAR T-cells, such as bispecific therapies, and those have been primarily important for people with relapsed and refractory diseases who otherwise might not have had any real viable treatment approaches that now can be cured with this treatment...
