EHA 2026 | Is a chemotherapy-free future in reach for selected patients with aggressive B-cell lymphomas?

In this video, Guilherme Perini, MD, Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, São Paulo, Brazil, discusses the potential for implementing chemotherapy-free treatment for patients with aggressive B-cell lymphomas. Dr Perini notes that whilst chemotherapy-free treatment regimens currently remain out of reach, they tend to offer improved toxicity profiles, and encouraging outcomes have been observed with chemotherapy plus bispecific antibody combinations. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
