EHA 2026 | Updated results: Phase II study evaluating elritercept in patients with transfusion-dependent LR-MDS
María Díez Campelo, MD, PhD, University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain, comments on the updated results of a Phase II clinical trial analyzing the efficacy and safety of elritercept in patients with transfusion-dependent lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (LR-MDS). She highlights an overall response rate of approximately 56%, with higher rates among patients with endogenous erythropoietin levels below 500. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
