EHA 2026 | Bexobrutideg shows durable activity in heavily pretreated CLL

Talha Munir, MBBS, MRCP, FRCPath, PhD, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Leeds, UK, presents updated Phase Ia/b trial data on bexobrutideg in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), highlighting durable responses and encouraging progression-free survival in heavily pretreated patients previously exposed to BTK and BCL2 inhibitors. He also discusses the ongoing evaluation of this BTK degrader in earlier lines of therapy. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
