EHA 2026 | Revumenib plus IC in newly diagnosed NPM1-mutated AML: REVEAL-ND NPM1 trial-in-progress

In this video, Eytan Stein, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, introduces the REVEAL-ND NPM1 trial (NCT07211958), a Phase III study designed to assess the safety and efficacy of revumenib in combination with intensive chemotherapy (IC) in patients with newly diagnosed NPM1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Dr Stein highlights the potential benefits of combining a menin inhibitor with intensive chemotherapy to improve outcomes for this patient population. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
