EHA 2026 | SC mosunetuzumab plus lenalidomide induction & mosunetuzumab maintenance in previously untreated FL

Emmanuel Bachy, MD, PhD, Lyon Sud Hospital Center, Lyon, France, presents findings from a study of subcutaneous (SC) mosunetuzumab plus lenalidomide induction, followed by mosunetuzumab maintenance, in patients with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (FL), highlighting encouraging efficacy and a favorable safety profile. Prof. Bachy notes that this chemotherapy-free combination strategy is currently being investigated in the Phase III MorningLyte trial (NCT06284122). This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
