Emmanuel Bachy, MD, PhD, Lyon Sud Hospital Center, Lyon, France, presents findings from a study of subcutaneous (SC) mosunetuzumab plus lenalidomide induction, followed by mosunetuzumab maintenance, in patients with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (FL), highlighting encouraging efficacy and a favorable safety profile. Prof. Bachy notes that this chemotherapy-free combination strategy is currently being investigated in the Phase III MorningLyte trial (NCT06284122).
