Well, we’re very excited about bringing, finally bringing bispecific antibodies and I’m hoping also CAR T-cells to the landscape of Waldenström’s therapy. We held the first ever conference on cellular therapies at the end of March this year in Boston. Very happy that we had 42 speakers there. So there’s a lot of excitement. And what was nice is it was industry that was there along with academics...
Well, we’re very excited about bringing, finally bringing bispecific antibodies and I’m hoping also CAR T-cells to the landscape of Waldenström’s therapy. We held the first ever conference on cellular therapies at the end of March this year in Boston. Very happy that we had 42 speakers there. So there’s a lot of excitement. And what was nice is it was industry that was there along with academics. It was a meeting sponsored by philanthropy. And so people were actually talking to each other, which was wonderful. Industry to industry, academics to industry. The highlights right now are the development of CD19, CD20, as well as BCMA targeting bispecifics. Some of these trials have already started, like epcoritamab. We have a trial on both sides of the Atlantic, so we’re excited about that. There’s going to be shortly a trial opening with cevostamab targeting CD19, a trial with teclistamab targeting BCMA. And I think what’s also very exciting is the role of BTK inhibitors to be used with bispecific antibodies. We have quite a bit of data showing, in fact, that BTK inhibitors could have an effect on immunomodulation in a very positive way, as well as potentially even dampening CRS. And I think these kind of trials are also going to be in motion very, very shortly. On the CAR-T front, we’re excited. We really do think there’s a place for CAR-T cells in Waldenström’s. There are a number of different CAR-Ts that are being modelled. And I think in short order, we’re going to be hearing about some of those trials. But at this point in time, I hate to jinx myself and pre-announce those efforts.
