So in this last EBMT, we had a really interesting educational session focusing on the current role of transplant in large B-cell lymphoma. And one of the really important questions was this one – is autologous still relevant? Because, as you know, with the incorporation of CAR T-cell therapy in second line in these patients, the role of autotransplant has been questioned. So we presented our results in our Spanish multicenter study, and we confirmed that even if the patient is refractory or has an early relapse, the autotransplant could still play a role. However, we know and we have two phase three clinical trials that have confirmed the superiority of CAR T-cell comparing with autotransplant. But the reality is that so many countries in the world, they don’t have, unfortunately, access to CAR T-cell therapy in second line in this group of patients. So autologous is still really important in some countries. And the main message that we gave in our educational was that if the patient achieved chemosensitivity, autotransplant could still play a really important role and could be a curative option for these patients.
