In this poster we reported the results of var-cel in mantle cell lymphoma. We included 30 patients, but 27 did eventually reach CAR-T infusion. So from these 27 patients, 90% had achieved some kind of response, 78% a complete response, and the median duration of response was 17 months with a median PFS of 15 months. Now we have follow-up of around 22 months and median OS is around three years, which is quite remarkable...

And we had only one single case of ICANS and CRS grade 3 or higher which occurred in the same patient and it was a patient with a high disease burden and some other complications.
