Eleni Gavriilaki, MD, PhD, G Papanicolaou Hospital, Thessaloniki, Greece, discusses the development of the ‘Young EBMT and EHA Ambassadors’ joint committee, as well as its importance in the field of hematology. Dr Gavriilaki explains the role that this committee has and its aim to benefit all young investigators, including PhD students, post-doctoral students, and the future of research within hematological oncology. This interview took place at the EBMT-EHA 4th European CAR T-cell Meeting which was held virtually in 2022.
