Nicholas Short, MD, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, shares some insights into future treatment approaches in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), highlighting the growing role of inotuzumab ozogamicin, blinatumomab, and CAR-T cells. Dr Short further explains the importance of moving away from stem cell transplantation and bringing novel agents and CAR-T therapy into the frontline setting, and highlights approaches for patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) disease.
