iwCLL 2023 | Mitochondrial dysregulation & metabolite imbalance in RT: insights from a murine model
In this interview, Lili Wang, MD, PhD, City of Hope, Duarte, CA, outlines a unique murine model of Richter’s transformation (RT) which allows researchers to dissect the fundamental molecular nature of how MGA deletion can contribute to RT and associated mitochondrial dysregulation. Dr Wang hopes that this model will allow for the discovery of further candidates to facilitate treatment of the disease.
