Zack Pemberton-Whiteley, Leukaemia Care, Worcester, UK, discusses a survey being conducted by Leukaemia Care called the ‘Living with Leukemia survey’. The survey seeks to assess the emotional impact of watch and wait for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients and the financial impact of having acute leukemia. This work seeks to ultimately identify unmet needs in patients to allow the gaps in care to be filled and to also inform key stakeholders to allow for further patient support. This interview took place at the 24th Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2019, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
