In this video, Paul Richardson, MD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, shares some insights into the long-term follow-up of the TOURMALINE-MM1 trial (NCT01564537) evaluating the safety and efficacy of ixazomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone for the treatment of relapsed/refractory (R/R) myeloma. Dr Richardson comments on some results from this trial and further explains the importance of interpreting overall survival data appropriately.
