Most hematological predispositions present as common conditions, and a national observational study for pediatric germline predisposition syndromes will aim to make clinicians aware that a proportion of their patients will have these predispositions. Clinicians will be encouraged to reach out to centers of expertise to create well-annotated cohorts of patients. This interview took place at the 64th Annual Scientific Meeting of the British Society for Haematology (BSH) Congress in Liverpool, UK.
