Gaurav Narula, MD, Tata Memorial Center, Mumbai, India, briefly discusses a case study of intracranial disease in Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), highlighting that this is an exceptionally rare occurrence as Hodgkin lymphoma does not commonly spread to intracranial sites. While the exact cause remains uncertain, Dr Narula speculates that such instances are likely limited to advanced disease stages.
