Josef Prchal, MD, University of Utah, Huntsman Cancer Institute, Salt Lake City, UT, comments on the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea and polycythemia vera (PV), explaining that it may be possible to decrease inflammation in patients with PV by treating obstructive sleep apnea. This interview took place at the 14th International Congress on Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN Congress) held in New York City, NY.
