SOHO 2024 | Optimizing the selection between available JAK inhibitors in myelofibrosis

Prithviraj Bose, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses the optimization of selecting between JAK inhibitors for treating myelofibrosis. He notes the differences between the four approved JAK inhibitors and highlights that the choice of inhibitor should be guided by the patient’s specific condition and response to treatment, with ruxolitinib demonstrating the most pronounced survival benefit. This interview took place at the Twelfth Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2024) congress in Houston, TX.
