Vanderson Rocha, MD, Fundação Pró-Sangue Hemocentro de São Paulo & Universidade de São Paulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil, provides his perspectives on cord blood transplantation (CBT) as an alternative to haploidentical stem cell transplantation. This interview took place at the 7th Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM) in Berlin, Germany.
