Nicolaus Kröger, MD, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany, discusses the use of patient-reported outcomes from patients who are undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Prof. Kröger describes how the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) is introducing patient-reported outcomes into its registry, and outlines the challenges of doing so. This interview took place during the 47th Annual Meeting of the EBMT 2021.
