Nico Gagelmann, MD, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany, talks on the management of post-transplant complications, highlighting progress in recent years that has enabled the successful management of graft versus host disease (GvHD), one of the most important complications, in many patients. However, more than half of patients still face severe complications and thus, addressing these must continue to be the subject of investigation.
