ASH 2022 | Insights into the MagnetisMM-4 trial

Noopur Raje, MD, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, briefly discusses the Phase Ib/II MagnetisMM-4 trial (NCT05090566), which is evaluating elranatamab in combination with other agents for patients with multiple myeloma. Dr Raje explains that this umbrella study aims to investigate the efficacy of various combination approaches with elranatamab, and may further allow researchers to understand mechanisms of resistance to bispecific T-cell engagers (BiTES). This interview took place at the 64th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition congress held in New Orleans, LA.
