IMS 2023 | Clinical trial development in multiple myeloma: considerations for hematologists

Charlotte Pawlyn, BA, MBBChir, MRCP, PhD, FRCPath, The Institute of Cancer Research and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, gives an overview of a career development workshop held at this year’s meeting which focused on developing and designing clinical trials in multiple myeloma. Dr Pawlyn highlights some of the topics addressed in this workshop, and then goes on to explain training opportunities available for hematologists interested in developing clinical trials. This interview took place at the 20th International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting, held in Athens, Greece.
