CAR-T Meeting 2024 | Cognitive impairment in patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy
Eleni Gavriilaki, MD, PhD, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Athens, Greece, briefly discusses an abstract on cognitive impairment observed in patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy, highlighting the problematic nature of studying this complication. Further investigation is required to improve knowledge surrounding the short- and long-term cognitive effects this therapy approach may have. This interview took place at the EBMT-EHA 6th European CAR T-cell Meeting in Valencia, Spain.
