In this video, Shernan Holtan, MD, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, briefly explains how graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) can affect a patient’s quality of life (QoL). GvHD can result in mobility issues, an increased risk of infection, and other serious complications, and Dr Holtan further highlights the importance of analyzing QoL data in ongoing clinical trials.
