TCT 2021 | Non T-cell depleted haploidentical vs. matched sibling donor HSCT in adult ALL in remission

Arnon Nagler, MD, Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Tel-Aviv, Israel, discusses the results of a study evaluating non-T-cell depleted haploidentical vs. matched sibling donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The results of this retrospective analysis demonstrate no difference in overall survival between the outcomes of adult patients with ALL receiving an allogeneic stem cell transplant from haploidentical donors or haplo and sibling donors. This interview took place during the Transplantation & Cellular Therapy (TCT) 2021 Meetings.
