Prof. Ludwig explains that a patient’s risk of infection depends on treatment phase and that prophylactic antibiotics should be administered accordingly, and further discusses the importance of vaccinating this patient population against specific viral and bacterial diseases, including COVID-19. This interview took place at the 9th World Congress on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy) 2023, held in Paris, France.
