Frits van Rhee, MD, PhD, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), Little Rock, AR, discusses the importance of raising awareness and improving the diagnosis of Castleman disease (CD), including the idiopathic multicentric form (iMCD). Prof. van Rhee highlights the work of the Castleman Disease Collaborative Network (CDCN), an organization which raises awareness of the disease and funds scientific research in this space. This interview took place at the 20th International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting, held in Athens, Greece.
