iwCLL 2023 | Matching-adjusted indirect comparison of ELEVATE-TN versus SEQUOIA
Adam Kittai, MD, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, shares some insights into a matching-adjusted indirect comparison (MAIC) conducted using patient data from the SEQUOIA and ELEVATE-TN trials (NCT03336333; NCT02475681). Dr Kittai gives an overview of these two trials and the statistical methods used in the MAIC, and further discusses the main findings. This interview took place at the biennial International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) 2023 meeting, held in Boston, MA.
