EHA 2022 | An insight into the NIHR Health Informatics Collaborative
Rakesh Popat, BSc, MBBS, MRCP, FRCPath, PhD, University College London Hospitals, London, UK, shares some insights into the NIHR Health Informatics Collaborative, a new collaborative in the UK which aims to collect and analyze real-world data (RWD) in patients with multiple myeloma. Dr Popat first explains the value of RWD and challenges associated with data collection. Following this, Dr Popat explains how data collection methods can be improved and further highlights the aims of the studies being conducted by this collaborative. This interview took place at the European Hematology Association (EHA) Congress 2022 held in Vienna, Austria.
