Alberto Hernández Sánchez, MD, University Hospital of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain, introduces the HARMONY machine learning model for personalized outcome predictions in allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This model aids in identifying patients who are likely to respond favorably to alloSCT, guiding the selection of optimal candidates for the procedure.
