Tandem Meetings 2023 | Nursing track: pharmacy updates

Susie Long, PharmD, University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital, Minneapolis, MN, gives an overview of the key pharmacy updates that were presented at the Nursing Track at this year’s Tandem Meetings. Dr Long comments on gene therapy for adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and thalassemia, complement blockade for transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (TA-TMA), novel therapies to prevent and treat cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, and novel agents for thrombocytopenia.
