Mohamad Mohty, MD, PhD of Saint-Antoine Hospital, Paris, France gives an overview of the World Congress on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy) 2017, which will be held in Paris, France on April 21-22, 2017 (http://www.comy2017.cme-congresses.com/). The congress will cover the highlights from the International Myeloma Workshop (IMW) 2017, which will take place in India in March 2017. IMW is where the most important multiple myeloma (MM) studies and data are going to be presented. Prof. Mohty points out that the field is becoming very complex and the COMy meeting is an opportunity to discuss the studies and findings that have been presented at IMW and their impact on clinical practice.
