ISA 2024 | Comparison of the Simoa and MSD R-PLEX assays to assess serum NfL levels in ATTR amyloidosis

In this video, Milou Berends, MD, PhD, University Medical Center Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands, shares insights into a study in which two assays used to measure serum neurofilament light chain (NfL) levels in transthyretin (ATTR) amyloidosis were compared. This study demonstrated that the efficacy of both assays was similar. This interview took place at the XIX International Symposium on Amyloidosis (ISA) in Rochester, MN.
