ICML 2023 | Long-term outcomes for patients with PTCL: 10-year follow-up analysis

Massimo Federico, MD, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Modena, Italy, discusses the ten-year follow-up analysis of the outcomes of patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) from an international study of over 700 patients (NCT01142674). Prof. Federico shares the findings of this study, highlighting that there was no observed plateau in overall survival (OS) or progression-free survival (PFS) after ten years, although the risk of late relapse for those who achieved complete remission (CR) following treatment was reduced compared to the first five years. This interview took place at the 17th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma (ICML), held in Lugano, Switzerland.
