In this video, Nitin Jain, MD, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses the use of autologous CAR-T cell products in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and challenges in this space. Dr Jain also highlights the promise of allogeneic CARs, and ongoing trials evaluating these agents. This interview took place at the Tenth Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) held in Houston, TX.
