Sandra Misale, PhD, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD, presents on the biology and therapeutic potential of RAS in frontline acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). Dr Misale discusses the mechanism of action of daraxonrasib, the unmet clinical need in RAS-driven secondary AML (sAML), data on the response to RMC-7977 in RAS-mutant sAML, and the potential of combination with azacitidine. This presentation took place at the 8th International Workshop on Acute Leukemias (iwAL) in Cambridge, MA.
