B-cell lymphocytosis, a pre-leukemic state, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) have been shown to have similar genomic landscapes. Here, Andreas Agathangelidis, PhD, of the Center for Research and Technology Hellas, Thermi, Greece, tells us about what this interesting finding indicates and how it could inform therapeutic strategizing.
