ICML 2023 | 10-year follow-up of the LNH03-6B trial: outcomes of older patients with DLBCL treated with R-CHOP

In this video, Vincent Camus, MD, University of Rouen, Rouen, France, shares some insights into the Phase III LNH03-6B trial (NCT00144755), which compared the safety and efficacy of R-CHOP given every 14 days compared to R-CHOP given every 21 days in elderly patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Dr Camus highlights the progression-free and overall survival (PFS; OS) at 10 years, and further discusses the relapse patterns observed in this patient population. This interview took place at the 17th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma (ICML), held in Lugano, Switzerland.
