In this video, Andrew Kuykendall, MD, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL, and Angela Fleischman, MD, PhD, University of California Irvine, Irvine, CA, discuss the importance of better understanding disease progression in myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), and the value of early intervention. Dr Kuykendall and Dr Fleischman first comment on different approaches that may be used to intervene early in the disease, including dietary interventions, and then go on to discuss the need to continue designing clinical trials in the field. This discussion took place at the third annual Texas MPN Workshop (TMW) 2022, held in San Antonio, TX.
