Tettamanti Research Center, Pediatric Clinic University of Milano Bicocca, Monza, Italy, discusses the development of advanced flow cytometry for the quantification of MRD, CAR T-cell therapy and the immune reconstitution of the patient. Speaking at the 24th Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2019, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Prof. Gaipa also speaks about the improvement of CAR T-cell products in the treatment of acute leukemia.
