In this video, Jorge Cortes, MD, Augusta University, Augusta, GA, briefly discusses upcoming trials of interest in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), highlighting trials evaluating asciminib in the frontline setting, as well as trials evaluating second-line treatment options for patients. Dr Cortes also comments on the importance of exploring different approaches to improve treatment-free remission (TFR) rates in patients.
