Tiziano Barbui, MD, Bergamo Hospital Research Foundation, Bergamo, Italy, shares some updates on COVID-19 infection in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), highlighting clinical outcomes and risk factors. Prof. Barbui first discusses several outcomes observed in patients during the pandemic, and then goes on to explain some recent data on antibody responses in patients following vaccination, and the need to obtain more data on the role of vaccination. This interview took place at the third annual Texas MPN Workshop (TMW) 2022, held in San Antonio, TX.
