ASH 2019 | Genomic landscape of childhood ALL: new analysis delves deeper than ever

Charles Mullighan, MBBS, MD, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN, explains the genomic landscape of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) from the analysis of 2,789 children, adolescents and young adults with newly diagnosed B-ALL or T-ALL treated on Children’s Oncology Group and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital trials. This revealed a number of unexpected findings, as explained here by Dr Mullighan.
