Thomas Martin, MD, from the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, San Francisco, CA, discusses the tolerability of monoclonal antibodies. According to Prof Martin, monoclonal antibodies are well tolerated, however, at the first infusion there can be infusion-related reactions.
