In this video, Charlotte Pawlyn, BA, MBBChir, MRCP, PhD, FRCPath, The Institute of Cancer Research and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, discusses factors to consider when selecting between doublets and triplets for elderly/frail patients with multiple myeloma. Dr Pawlyn highlights the tolerability of daratumumab in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone (DRd) in this patient population, and further comments on the importance of dose modification in this setting. This interview took place at the 20th International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting, held in Athens, Greece.
