Academic History

Dr Jordan Gauthier, MD, MSc, is an Assistant Professor in the Clinical Research Division at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center as well as an Assistant Professor at the University of Washington and an Attending Physician at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, all located in Seattle, WA.

Dr Gauthier received his graduate diploma of basic medical training from Rennes Faculty of Medicine in Rennes France in 2008, after which he received an MSc from the Lille Faculty of Medicine in Lille, France, where he also completed a residency and clinical hematology fellowship, his doctorate of medicine and a speciality diploma in clinical hematology. Dr Gauthier was a Research Fellow at the Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center at Fred Hutchinson from 2017 to 2019.

Speaking on cellular immunotherapies for leukemia and lymphoma

Dr Gauthier’s research focus is on developing and improving cellular immunotherapies for the treatment of hematological malignancies. In particular, he investigates chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies. Dr Gauthier also builds statistical and machine-learning models to predict patients outcomes.
