Amy Burd, PhD, has previously served as Oncology Portfolio Manager at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and as a Consultant to small biotechnology companies. She obtained her doctorate in pharmacology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio Northern University.

Dr Burd’s main research focus is on acute myeloid leukemia (AML), specifically the AML master trial which investigates the use of precision medicine as an approach to treat AML in older patients.
