I’m very excited that the Phase III VERIFY study, which was rusfertide, the first-in-class hepcidin mimetic, was shown at all of our major meetings, including last year at the ASCO plenary session. This study was very important as it has given the basis for a very recent FDA approval. So rusfertide, the first-in-class hepcidin mimetic, was shown versus a placebo and getting regular phlebotomies as standard of care, to be superior in terms of all endpoints. And that is reduction of the need for phlebotomies for patients with PV, but also improvement in two separate symptom scores, including fatigue. So, for patients with PV, with erythrocytosis, with elevated hematocrit count, this is now a new option representing, I would say, essentially a fourth class of drugs in PV. So hydroxyurea, the old standard of care with interferons, and then also very importantly, JAK inhibitors. So this is the fourth. The other important part of this is that there are many other drugs in clinical trials now following the success. The DISC-3405, there is the divesiran compound, there is the sapablursen, all of which are in various stages of clinical trials. And so it opens up a new class of targeted drugs for patients with PV, so-called hepcidin mimetics and modulators.
