EHA 2026 | Emerging treatments for patients with CLL previously exposed to BTK inhibitors and venetoclax

Matthew Davids, MD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses the evolving treatment landscape for patients with chronic lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL) who have received prior BTK inhibitor and venetoclax therapy, highlighting the potential of non-covalent BTK inhibitors and degraders as next-line therapies. Dr Davids also discusses the potential of immune-based therapies, including epcoritamab and suravatamig bispecifics, in earlier lines of therapy. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
